This is a very legendary venue, and I want to thank you for helping me sell it out,” The Weeknd told his audience at the United Center — his first U.S. stop of ‘The Madness Fall Tour’. Considering that all future shows have already sold out, this is a statement of gratitude he’ll be able to repeat at every tour stop.

Kicking off the Friday night madness was Travis Scott, who got everyone from the front rows to the rafters raging. True to his Houston upbringing, Travis showcased chopped and screwed versions of his most turnt-up hits. Banks promptly followed Scott as the intermission with selected tracks from her latest record, Goddess. When Abel finally arrived on stage, he appropriately opened with ‘Real Life’, the intro track of his #1 album, ‘Beauty Behind the Madness’. On a fire-lit stage, The Weeknd performed his latest album in its entirety, alongside selected mixtape-era tracks for his day-one fans.

Despite the otherwise dormant city on a cold Friday night, The Weeknd delivered on his promise of bringing madness to the 20,000+ person venue. If you missed the Chicago show, hit the slide for a front row view.

After a very live in-store event with Travis Scott, we made our way to the “Rodeo Tour’s” Chicago stop. Metro Boomin and OG Chase B kicked off the night with a joint DJ set, setting the tone for the sold-out show with everything from Kanye’s “All Day” to Crime Mob’s “Knuck if You Buck.” As soon as the two Southern rappers hit the neon-lit stage for a tag team performance the crowd went crazy and mosh pits ensued. The all ages show was cut short by curfew, but not before Travis Scott and Young Thug performed all of their hits. Relive the show with our footage from the event and if you forgot to make a stop at the merch booth, grab one of our limited edition collab RSVP x Travis Scott Rodeo tees.

We kicked off our Travis filled weekend with one of our classic in-store events. The youth from the city can thank unusually warm temperatures as they found themselves lining up for blocks outside the shop. Inside the Gallery, the typical neon & nonsense occurred as fans got to chop it up with both Travis Scott and Metro Boomin, who made a surprise appearance. The party continues tonight, Sunday at the Rodeo Tour stop with Young Thug, T. Scott, and Metro Boomin. The show is now sold out,  so if you don’t have a ticket stay tuned for our concert recap.

RSVP Gallery presents Travi$ Scott for the Fall ’14 Raf Simons/ Sterling Ruby collection. In an unprecedented move, Raf Simons puts his namesake label on hold for one season in order to drop the collaborative collection. For nearly a decade, Raf Simons has been a fan and friend of the contemporary artist Sterling Ruby. Ruby’s mixed media work is known for exploring counterculture, a shared interest between the two artists that led to a collection inspired by the punk scene of their youth. Ruby approached Simons’ classic silhouettes like a canvas, utilizing DIY techniques from punk aesthetics to create both hand dyed and mass-produced garments that bring their nostalgia for youthful rebellion to life.
